Two-faced Hustisya

As we condole with the family of the three kababayans who were recently executed, we cannot deny the fact that China's justice system is laudable. 

While ours are lenient and full of lope-holes, that those who have the resources has the capacity to evade jail or even trials, the Chinese judicial system got the balls to implement the full extent of their laws. This week two faces of justice were revealed. While our three kababayans were executed by virtue of a stern implementation of the law, a lawmaker returned feeling triumphant from almost one year of hiding from our very own justice system. 

Yes, no one has the right to claim lives other than the ONE who gave it. Nothing can justify killing, but the turn of events is a wake-up call to re-check the culture of padala and the deteriorating justice system that we have.
